• Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key sales metrics and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
• Utilize market research and competitor analysis to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead negotiations with clients and oversee contract management processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience as a successful Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of driving revenue growth.
Pay: € 85.000 / 100.000 per year
